BE KIND whenever possible. IT IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE.

This short film depicts how a little act of kindness can make someone’s life better. Though it was not something very huge, to that boy it meant a lot. The guy helped him with what he could, not expecting anything in return. It was clear that he himself was not well-off but when it comes to kindness, there is no age, race, or status. Another thing is that from this video we can understand that not every bad deed is done with a bad intention. The boy stole because his mother was sick and he had no money to buy medicine. If we as humans can not understand that, where is the meaning of humanity?. Thus as humans who were given precious and rare lives, we should help others with what we have and be understanding of another living being's situation with empathy, because a little act of kindness can brighten anyone’s day.

Kindness is the sincere and voluntary use of one's time, talent, and resources to better the lives of others, one's own life, and the world. We tend to think that kindness is only for others but in fact, we should be kind to ourselves too. We tend to beat ourselves up when we do mistakes or we tend to hate ourselves when negative things happen. But we have to embrace ourselves and be kind to ourselves and help ourselves to stand up again. Because after all we were born to be alone and have to live alone.

Apart from that, kindness involves choice.

If we as humans decide to be a little bit kind towards another human being, especially who is in need, it would make a difference in both our lives. The pleasure of giving is satisfying. Remember the face of the man who was in the streets, when you gave him a packet of food? Remember the smile on the kids, when you gifted them toys? Or that dog whose eyes had tears when you took him home to take care of? While you were complaining about your food being not tasty there are millions of people starving and dying from hunger. It is important to understand this and to be grateful for what we have. When we realize that, an insignificant thing to us is a blessing to another, we will be able to help the world more.

Moreover understanding that not every bad deed is done with a bad motive is important. Stephen Mitchell once said, “so actions themselves are not good and not bad, only the intention is important”. This is true to a great extent because as we saw in the video the boy was only trying to help his mother.  But the woman who could not understand this or did not try to understand this was not being human. She only cared about losing some money from her business. Depicting how people can be rotten materialistic, this short film enhances the beauty of kindnessπŸ’œ.

To sum up, as humans, the only creatures who can think and decide, we should help others. We should be kind not only to other people but to ourselves and also to animals and to the whole mother nature. Though it would not mean anything to you, the old clothes you will give away will be a world to someone. And if you do good, it is definite that they would find you back. Because After All, you reap what you saw. The universe will definitely find a way to pay back the good you once did. But it would be great if you help and understand others without expecting anything in return. Do it because it makes you happy. Do it because it will make someone happy. If you can better someone else’s life even by 0.001%, it will be more than enough because doing something is better than doing nothing.

In an era where humanity is losing, seeing these kinds of articles really makes our hearts warm and makes us want to be like them too. https://www.boredpanda.com/random-acts-of-kindness/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic

So share the good deeds you have done to someone(a person or an animal), or to yourself, or to mother nature in the comment section so that we all can know and learn something.

  1. I am totally agree with the ideas you have conveyed through out this post. Among what you have expressed, the notion that giving or paying kindness without expecting anything in return is one I also appreciate. In brief, it is the strongest bond we can create for the sake of humanity among us. I think it is the power of that bond poured out even after thirty years of time as a sigh of relief as this video indicates. Thus, "be kind whenever possible. it always possible."
